Isn't that an oxymoron?

a non question,dave...hahahaha,where did you come up with that;,canadian whiskey has no corn, bourbon only has to have 51% corn to be called bourbon, ireland never had any corn ,thats a american native plant, not often is wheat used its too expensive comparred to other grains,,ie rye

Now if you want a whisky with a wheat base of in ones brew, Canadian Whisky is a blend of corn, wheat and rye, any Bourbon or Sour Mash is all corn.

Most whisky is made from corn, scotch is barley, Irish whisky is a blend of barley, wheat and corn.

All wheat bourbon is possible as it can be made into grain alcohol, like vodka. All whisky's colour is from the charred oak barrel and the aging in those, wheat is just not a common whisky or bourbon based grain for production.
