Yep, your doctor could figure it out for you. Tell him the kind of tequila that gave you the problems and he will be able to pinpoint what ingredient it is that reacts with your allergies.

I'm allergic to her too, her show sucked. :)

Sounds like alcohol poinsening to me...

You need to avoid tequila for the time being; it is rare but possible to have an alcohol allergy. I would see an allergist in your area who can help sort this out for you. Sometimes provocation testing is necessary to rule in or rule out potential causes of your reaction.

Sounds like you need to find a new drink. We all like Canadian Whiskey -- give that a try.

Try other Tequila like Sauza Gold. . .

8 year old children shouldn't be drinking OR staying up late laying on mommys computer. Go to bed

YES, it is possible, i know two people who can not drink tequila andhave experienced exactly what you describe. You are allergic to the agave plant (base of tequila). obviously trying more tequila, especially better 100% agave ones would be very dumb!

Doc will be able to tell you. Sorry to say it, but you may just have to give up on Tequila.

Maybe you don't have the Mexican liver to process it my friend. Yeah you are allergic to tequila, but let me tell you that Jose Cuervo is one of the worst tequilas. Try some good ones like Don Julio, Corralejo, Cazadores, and Patron. If you still get the secondary effects quit drinking XD. I dont like beer either so I try other drinks.

It sounds to me like you were drinking some pretty cheap tequila. Next time, try some Patron Silver and definitely drink more than you are used to and faster than you are comfortable with. This is the only way to see if a better tequila will help you conquer your aversion...kind of like conditioning that an athlete goes through.
Good times!!!
