You don't get "high" from alcohol, you get drunk... not the same.

If you're going for more of a pick-me up drunk than I recommend vodka with redbull and I always liked flaming black sambuca (fumes give you a huge boost of energy)... careful not to burn yourself...

The drink the person before me was referring to is Absinthe (the north american one is merely a strong alcoholic drink and is not the same; the authentic european version however is basically a hallucinogenic)

i dont know but if you ever find out hook me up!!!!!!!

Laughing gas.

Um, buddy. You don't get "high" off alcohol.
You're obviously too young to be drinking.

Heroin and tonic

A few shots will do it, a nice buzz.

I used to drink this stuff called Absolute Chambulls. This is vodka (for strength), champagne (for quick reaction) and redbull (for longevity & buzz).

Flaming Dr. Pepper

There ain't no way you can do that but by getting alot of beer and whiskey and drink it.

well nothing is safe when you want to do that!! and you can use ahchol you buy in stores(that are not beer)

Shot with a rufee in it

jagerbombs or long island ice teas will do the trick!

first you dont get high you get a buzz not high your not smokign weed but drinking :) but i know what you ment.. lol well the strongest drink that is avalible is a drink called absent which is i believe but will be corrected im sure an insane 160% proof people add water alot of times to drink with it cause its just so strong a few sips will get you going

There is no safe alcohol, but if your wanting a tasty drink and quick buzz try 99 bananas and orange juice.

LIQUID COCAINE

Absynthe
