Empty keg shell with no resistration sticker in CA?
I recently obtained an empty keg shell. It has no registration sticker on it. My question is can the police seize it if they were to find it before I were to trade it in for a new keg. I know in CA they register kegs when you buy them with the alcohol bureau, but since I did not purchase this, it does not have a sticker.

You will get the refund anyway for returning it with or without the sticker, I used to work at a store and they will give you the refund for it either way.
You shouldnt have an problem returning a shell to a store to switch out.. The company will get the same credit with or without the sticker on it.. In cali I would reccomend taking it to Bevmo I know for a fact that they take any keg shell...
