My friend is a Jamaican Bartender (imagine that), and this is how he makes yellowbirds.
This is a really good drink, easy to make at home and fun for parties.

YELLOWBIRD
Cooler, blend or shake
? oz Rum
? oz Tia Maria, or any coffee flavored liquor
? Creme de banana
1 oz each of sweet/sour
Garnish with a cherry
Preparation: Blend
Pour all liquors, cordials, juices, mix over ice, directly into serving glass as drink recipe lists.
Pour into blender container, and blend on high speed for 5-10 seconds.
Pour back into glass.
Preparation: SHAKE
Pour all liquors, liqueurs, juices, mix over ice into serving glass.
Pour into stainless can, and hold together.
Shake 3-4 times.
Pour back into serving glass.
3/4 oz white creme da caco
3/4 oz vodka
3/4 oz orange juice
3/4 oz creme
1/2 oz Gallino
Yellowbird:
1 1/2 ounces Vodka
1 ounce Galliano
1/2 ounce White Rum
1 splash Grenadine
2 ounces Orange Juice
2 ounces Pineapple Juice
Pour all ingredients into a highball glass two-thirds full of ice. Stir well, garnish with a pineapple slice and an orange slice, and serve.
