A bottle of beer or 4 oz. wine, same calories unless you are drinking lite beer.

wine is more fattening but you would generally drink a larger quantity of beer. A glass of red a day is actually good for your health i think

wine has tons of anti-oxidants which are really good for you, it is healthier than beer but still should be drunk in moderation and it depends on the amount but it is usually less fattening than most beers (not light)

Wine Is Good For your Heart. Beer Is Fattening

a glass of red wine everyday almost recommended has the antioxidents that attack the bad ones in our body

Wine and beer doesnt have fat in it, only carbs and calories

Yes in moderation. Try not to drink more than a couple bottles every day though.

it has been proven that women should drink 1-2 glasses of red wine daily, it helps fight cancer, in just about everypart of your body, and i helps reduce aging. but anymore than 1-2 glasses does the exact opposite, in men it should be 2-3 glasses a day, with the same benefits as stated above. it works on a j curve so a couple glasses is good then it severly changes after just a couple. the antioxidants that are found in wine are very good. they are in the process of making a pill form of the antioxidants. wich would increase the benefits by like 500% just b/c the pill form is more concentrated. wine is ok everyday, beer hell no. dont think of it as a fat, think of it as an empty calorie that is absorbed into your body but does nothing for it. no good comes from it at all. but at least in wine you get the good cancer fighting antioxidants and the health benefit of the gods juice
