Where should I store spiced and dry goods in a humid environment?!

Question: My flour, sugar and spices always get clumped up because it's so humid here. I just store them in their original jars or in canisters, and it's clump city. Help, please.

I would use different jars and/or something different than canisters . .

Logically, that is your problem right there|

Since your description indicated what the problem is, take my advice and your problem *may* be solved (for if you try something else, and it is still "clump city" then that *also* is letting in moisture from the immediate environment - so you would have to try something else, until you find something that works) || |||

I store mine in ziplock bags in the freezer. The fridge would probably work just as well, but that's where I had more space... I keep my spices in the cupboard and just give them a good whack when I need them loose.
