Haven't drank in years but I used to love to drink Michelob Golden or Heineken. Thought those were the best. Pabst Blue Ribbon is the worst I think. Seems salty or something. As for cheap beer I would say Miller Lite.

Everybody likes something else. Some people actually like Coors or Bud. Remember Coors Ice? I don't.
I prefer Belgian Ales myself, strong beer for men.

Tastes differ so there are no best or worst beers. It depends upon the drinker.
My favorites are Franziskaner (Germany), Heineken (Nederlands), Kirin & Asahi (Japan), San Miguel (Philippines), Singha (Thailand), Antarctica (Brazil), Bud (US), John Smith (UK), Victoria Bitter (Australia), Tuborg (Denmark), Castle Lager (South Africa) and Tsing Tao (China), Jupiler (Belgium), Kingfisher (India), Murree (Pakistan), Three Coins (Sri Lanka), Bintang (Indonesia), Angkor (Cambodia)....oops, I could go on and on.
The best and cheapest beer I've had so far was San Miguel in Philippines. While I was there, we could buy four 330ml bottles for less than US$1.
Good and bad beers can be found everywhere but Begium makes the best beer, hands down.
The worst is any US Macro-swill (Coors, Bud, Miller, the all taste the same...).
The best beer? I always answer that question like this: "the best beer in the world is the one I am currently drinking."

Squatter IPA and Pyramid Thunderhead
One of my favorites I never see in stores anymore and that is reddog. It is a very smooth beer. Bud Light is another great beer! :)
