Why do you drink?!
Circular: I’m trying to make up for your disgraceful lack of effort.
Compassionate: With the economy the way it is, do you really want to put fifty brewery workers out of work? Who's gonna feed their families? Think about the children!
Historical: James Beauregard Beam saved my great great grandaddy’s life during the Civil War. I wouldn’t even be here if it wasn’t for him. It’s the least I can do.
Logical: Because if I don't drink that booze, someone else will.
Patriotic: Because Osama doesn’t want me to.
Religious: Jesus said his blood was wine and I’m trying to get closer to the Lord, you godless swine!

Social Aspects and the drunk feeling is a great feeling!
As in water...to stay alive...as in alcohol, well I went thru that stage the wild 20's and drank way too much. Now I like a nice brandy or a baileys on the rocks to sip, relax and enjoy. Im not looking for that "buzz", found out the hangovers were worse than that party buzz.
just for fun once in a while.
Because I hate my inlaws.....
To relax.
When I drink wine it's for the taste and depending on the wine and the food, it can complement each other. I like trying different wines.
Mostly just to relax.
I like the effects when I indulge and especially when I over-indulge. It makes everything and everyone that I am with so much more interesting and gives me that warm fuzzy feeling that you just don't get when you are sober. People who don't drink wake up in the morning and that is the best they are going to feel all day. I wake up, go to work and go out to a bar after work with friends and co-workers. After closing the bar down for the evening, that is when I feel the best all day. The stories of drunken weirdness the night before are also an added bonus the next day at work and at the bar after work.
Good times!!!
