It's my friend's 21st and she's such a girly girl...I just can't find anything cute!

Try googling for "Oriental Trading Company". They used to send me catalogs all the time at the restaurant. They have a good selection of fun stuff, and it's danged cheap too!
I've seen some cute ones on Ebay, try there.
