What is best to mix with egg nogs?!

Question: Traditionally in the US it's a good whiskey either Bourbon Whiskey (JimBeam, MAker's Mark, Wild Turkey) or a Sour Mash (Jack Daniel's, George Dickel). A lot of folks, like me prefer rum in their egg nog. ( I've always liked Bacardi Light Rum, BTW)
Some even put brandy or flavored brandy in their egg nog.
