I'm not a big wine drinker but I've used several different grape varieties in brewing beer and I think that Niagara grapes are probably my favorite for that use. As far as strictly drinking wine and regions go I think I would have to go with Bordeaux simply because it's the one region who's wines I consistently enjoy.

Australia produces very good wines these days, and they're defined by grape variety not by the region they're grown in like the French insist on doing.
I think I'm addicted to Rioja, after i once tried a glass of white Rioja in a wine bar - it was SO good. I have never come across another one quite as good as that one, but still I really like the taste of them (both red and white) - and its fun trying to find one like the first one I tasted!
My bf like Reisling the best, but I am not so keen on those...!
