What do you think of the Heineken mini draught kegs ?!

Question: I made this question more fun, and interesting a second ago, but it got deleted.

I'm going to get straight to my question, and I hope that only people that have been drinking for awhile, will answer this.

Please do the math for me, this keg says, " 1.33 gal - 5L "

So that's 1.33 gallons for sure, and I guess 5 liters too.

The guy at the beer distributor told me it's equal to about 14 bottles
( but he didn't sound too sure )

Anyway, how many pints is 1.33 gallons equal to, or how many 12 oz bottles ?

To make this question even more fun, how many 40 ounce bottles could this 1.33 gallon draught keg fill ??

I really want to know that question, especially when Heineken doesn't even sell 40 ounce bottles.

I'm back to drinking at a slow rate, and having fun. I had 3 or 4 cups, and the keg can is still heavy, I think it's pretty cool for only $22, it comes with a tap, and all ... Did I get a good deal ?

1.33 gallons = 10.64 pints = 14.187 12 Oz. Bottles = 4.25 40's

wierd question YES you'll get drunk and its easy to do tailgate party at a game!!!

I don't know how much beer normally costs around wherever you are. That sounds expensive to me. Heinkin is a little expensive. It runs around $8 for a 6-pack I think. i would consider buying it around $18. Yea, but if you think it's more fun, then it isn't that bad. You will get about 11 cups of beer from it, assuming you are using standard size party cups (ie 16oz). Are you drinking this buy yourself? If I was planning on drinking 11 cups of beer in one night, i would have a few good beers, then switch to cheaper ones like bud light. The difference between heinikin and bud, is very small after a few.

I just bought one of those mini kegs (not Heini though, Bells Two Hearted) and I'm searching for whether or not I have to keep it cold before I open it. If it's a mini keg, it shouldn't go skunky because no light can get to it...
I think you probably got one beer free out of it. I figured out the 14 beer thing. Bells is normally about 9.00 a six pack, I paid 18.99 for my keg (so I think I got the better deal!) = 1 beer free.
Oh, and if you're drinking it slow, I asked the guy at the store, they're suppose to last for a month...

14 -12oz.beers
