How do you make eggnog?!

Question: I don't. I buy the cartons that are in the dairy case at the store and put it in a punch bowl and sprinkle it with a bit of nutmeg. I don't do alcohol but it could be added if you wanted to.

nog a egg in a nogblender

Beat 8 egg yolks
add 6 tablespoons sugar
add 24 tablespoons of E&J brandy
fold in 1 pint double cream
fold in 8 whipped eggwhites
dash of nutmeg :)
