What are some low cal alcohol drink options?!

Question: And they can't be mixed with anything carbinated.. (which also leaves beer out)

Answers: And they can't be mixed with anything carbinated.. (which also leaves beer out)

I have the perfect answer. Vodka and Crystal Lite! My favorite is the fruit punch Crystal Lite. They have an orange flavored one too, I think it's called Tangerine. No carbination and no calories! Tastes great too! You obviously won't be able to order this in a bar, so it would be strickly for drinking at home probably.

Wine, or champagne is low cal

On the rocks is the lowest you can go being that water contains zero calories.

martinis,
flavored vodka with soda water... oh that's carbonated,
okay
flavored vodka with a sugar free juice or lemonade or lemon/lime juices
or liquor on the rocks.
liquor with coffee.
oh yeah
i also really like peach vodka in unsweetened brewed iced tea.

This is an oxi moron, but if you insist, mix it with aqua vita - (water). a lot do. If you use ice don't worry it will be water soon enough. Besides, you have to drink your 8 glasses of water a day.

alcohol in itself isn't very high in cal. for eg: 1 std whikey shot (or gin, vodka, rum ...) is only 70 cal. so is 1 glass of wine (3 oz). beer is 100cal per 1/2 pint. if you like you can use diet sodas with whisky to avoid increasing calories

Needless to say, the BEST thing to do here is just drink your liquor either neat (just booze in a glass) or on the rocks.

That being said, if you actually want to mix a drink, your best bet is probably vodka mixed with one of the "light" cranberry juice cocktails on the market.

Other options include classic martinis (gin or vodka and a bit of vermouth, shaken in a cocktail shaker and strained into a glass); flavored vodka (peach, raspberry, cherry, etc...etc...) and unsweetened iced tea; and wine...

Hope this helps!
