You can order baskets online or make your own basket using the pairing guide I gave you. Good luck!
Answers: There's wine and cheese baskets that are premade...I would get one of those with a cheese plate and cheese knife...usually you get a couple bottles of wine with 3-4 different types of cheese. Also, a nice wine opener. They have some that all you do is pull a handle up and down and it takes the screw out. LInk to the wine opener I have: http://www.crateandbarrel.com/family.asp...

I like those crumbly English cheeses like Wenslydale or Caerphilly with an Australian Semillion, a real French Chablis or a Beaujolais.
Martini & Rossi Asti Spumante, and a creamy white cheese like Neufchatel or Boursin, and some buttercrisp crackers or herb flavored crackers.
Or Cold Duck and a medium sharp Cheddar.
Best of Luck.
Get a chardonnay with an aged sharp cheddar (preferably 4 or 5 years).
A six pack of Bud and a cube of limburger............
Its a redneck thing. Horseradish cheese is a good one with a six pack of Bud or you can throw in swiss and a good polish stone mustard. What can I say? Its a redneck thing.
vb and stringers go great.
