Why is it that I have a larger appetite the day after I drink?!
Answers: Because you've just screwed up your blood-sugar with all of the alcohol. Alcohol is not only converted to sugar in your body, but it is absorbed directly from your stomach. You probably cause your blood sugar to spike when you drink, and now your appetite is big b/c you've bottomed out.

alcohol causes hypoglycemia, which causes hunger. plus the fact that processing the alcohol by the liver uses up energy which you need to compensate
