Sounds like a Collins mix to me. Not sure which sort or what exact ingredients though.
Try 2 parts gin, 1 part cranberry juice, 0.5 parts sugar syrup. Pour over ice in a tall Collins glass. Top with sprite. Garnish with say a slice of lime or a couple of cranberries on a cocktail stick or nothing.
never heard of that one.....put grapefruit juice in place of the sprite and you've got a "sea breeze".

1 1/2 oz Raspberry vodka (Stoli)
3 oz Cranberry juice
1 splash Sprite
1 wedge Lime
Mixing instructions:
Fill a highball glass with ice. Add Stolichnaya Razberi vodka, cranberry juice, a splash of Sprite. Garnish with a wedge of lime.
