how serious is NO WAY...
you can never expect to get the linceses or the equipment or facilities let alone the marketing and advertising together
there is not that many actual liquor manufactures today..
Many - most produce recipes for several brands even from overseas ..
Get a copy-right lawyer and solicite the Industries..

Take 1 day at a time. Anyone u associate with that drinks. u don't need to kick it w/ them until ur strong enough to resist it.

It all depends on exactly what you want to do. Do you want to buy bulk spirits and simply bottle it under your brand, or do you want to make it from scratch and sell it that way.

Of course you'll have to get all the necessary permits and licenses that are applicable to whatever approach you choose, but they're not there to prevent you from doing it, they just exist to make sure you do it legally and that the government gets it's taxes on it. It's not impossible at all...just an annoying process.

Check with TTB (the alcohol tax and trade bureau http://ttb.gov) and find out what forms and applications you need for the method you wish to employ (use the FAQ). Then do a google search for the state ABC (Alcoholic beverage control) board and find out what their requirements are. Usually a phone call to the contact person on the website is easier to get the right answers than by browsing the site.
