Several years ago, the highway was flooded coming home from a bar so I decided to call the county or someone to put warning signs up at midnite. All I could reach were voice mails.
Sooo, I decided to call the local Justice of the Peace(judge) and preceeded to leave a message on her home recorder expounding on how I thought it was a disgrace that I wasn't able to reach anyone to put up signs warning of the flooded area and then talked about how I thought her salary was way too high etc.
To make it worse, turned out she lived at the end of my street.
Took some fancy footwork to get out of that one. Thankfully, she frequented the same bar I went to. I don't think I drank anything for several months after that.
Still hope I never wind up in court before her!
