actually if you take pills to control anxiety (like xanex) or whatever... then i wouldnt recommend trying to get high on pills because your body has became tolerant of them
however... your "bad trip" was probably because didnt inhale it all the way, choked and then you got scared
im not sure how it went but i would recommend just trying it again and once you do it (weed) and get high... its all good
drinking... just take 1 shot of each...
crown, vodka, captain morgan, and 2 shots of other different stuff... you should get something
have you tried painkillers??
Must have been some good ****. I'm just playing. I never heard of anything like that happening before. I smoke weed all the time and I'm perfectly fine. You shouldn't worry about drinking because it is a completely different thing than smoking. Just try to do it again and relax. Do it with some of your friends and just have a good time. Weed makes you paranoid, you just have to cope with it.
Maybe you just had some bad shiz. I used to smoke daily, and some would totally give an allergic reaction--nasal stuffiness, chest tightness, watery eyes--but some never did. I realized firsthand that the stuff is very varied, since its not regulated or anything, and you don't have proof of what your getting. Try it again with some trustworthy friends, and you should be fine. If not, you may have to give it up--it's no fun if it makes you ill!
If you're on zoloft and/or xanax or anything similar for an anxiety disorder then I'm sorry to say that they mix poorly with alcohol (and anything else). I'm saying this from personal experience. Even if you don't take the meds for several days prior - which I do not recommend - the paranoia about doing so (and if you truly have an anxiety disorder then I'm sure you know what I'm talking about) may come into effect. From my own experience, I was not able to drink until I was completely off my meds for two months.
I've had an experience like yours, when smoking weed, felt very panicky and had problems breathing. But when i drink I don't have those problems. If you want to smoke green but still continue to feel panicky I suggest you don't. you can't trick yourself into feeling good when smoking.
