As for aging... It depends on how you would like to drink it... If you are at the party take VS or VSOP - they are rather simple. if you want to feel the power of taste and flavour try XO, Napoleon or Extra

I like Martel cordon bleu..love it...like most of the Remy's also.......
If you like a little sweet, try fundamor(a spanish brandy)

There are many. Always look for VSOP (very old superior product) it has at least 3 years of aging . A good wine shop should have a nice selection. BEV-MO has very good products.

VSOP is actually Very Superior Old Pale not Very Superior Old Product...Look for VSOP Cognacs though they are the best..
