Can Everclear be obtained in the UK?!

Can Everclear be obtained in the UK?

I make Limoncello and is make from high strength grain spirit, I have been informed that Everclear is available but is actually illegal in a lot of countries its 95% ABV. Has anyone heard of it being available here if not a suitable alternative - possible is potceen or vodka.
