at most grocery stores- they should be sold in the fresh herb aisle, and they are usually packed in plastic clam boxes.

I grow it on the side of our house that faces the sun. When it dies in the winter, you cut back the dead branches, etc., and in the spring/summer it will grow right back. Great to have fresh mint whenever you need it!
