alcohol acts a depressant it widens your arteries and slows down your blood flow

giving your organs less oxygen to function off of slowing down reactions ect. by slowing down your nervous cells talking to each other

it's a depressant.

alchohol?
I know one beer will put me to sleep
but 6 will give me super powers!

It slows your heart rate and metabolism so it makes you sleepy. It’s not recommended because it also causes some chemical imbalances which prevent you from actually getting restful sleep.

alchohol probally gives you lots of energy making you hyper then bye the end od the day you go right to sleep

Because you get wasted and and blocks your receptatory cells that make your body function properly.

It is a depressant and that is why it makes you sleepy, however an alcohol induced sleep is not good because you sleep until the alcohol wears off and then you wake up. If you were to become an alcoholic, alcohol is the only way you would be able to fall asleep, but you would be in R.E.M sleep(which is light sleeping, phase 1 and 2 ,where you dream), so you would still wake up feeling exhausted.

when you get Excitement (BAC = 0.09 to 0.25 percent) the effect is tied or when you drink its at night when normal people sleep

It reduces the amount of oxygen available to the brain.
Instead of a molecule of oxygen attaching itself to the iron molecule in a red cell, for transport throughout the body and the brain, a molecule of alcohol attaches instead.
