Answers: My neighbor who I used to buy it from moved away so am trying to make it myself.

Coquito (Puerto Rican Egg Nog)

1 cup coconut milk
1 cup sweetened condensed milk
1 cup evaporated milk
1 cup white rum, or to taste
1 cup water
3 cinnamon sticks
4 egg yolks, well beaten
ground cinnamon for garnish

How to make Coquito
Combine all of the milks and the rum in a blender or a food processor. Set aside. Boil the water with the cinnamon sticks. Cool to room temperature. Discard the cinnamon sticks.

Combine all of the ingredients except the ground cinnamon and beat well in a blender or food processor in batches. Pour the eggnog into glass bottles and refrigerate until ready to use. To serve, transfer the eggnog to a punch bowl and sprinkle the cinnamon on top.

depends on how you wish it to taste .... some recipes have 1 to 2 c. coconut milk and 1 to 2 c. cream de coconut, 1 to 2 c. condensed milk, 1 - 2 c. evaporated milk. Some recipes call for eggs, some do not. The white rum is standard. The cinnamon & nutmeg is standard. Some recipes even call for you to add vanilla ice cream. The perfect coquito is how you like it. Experiment!

I will be making mine with 1 c of coconut milk and 1 c. cream de coconut, 1 can condensed milk, and 1 can of evaporated milk. 2 c. Myer's white jamaican rum, (maybe a bit of vanilla ice cream) but no eggs! Cheers!

Blend all ingredients in a blender on high for 5 minutes.
Refrigerate. Serve cold, sip and enjoy.
