What's in a maraschino cherry?


Answers:
They are really really red cherries. They usually come in a glass jar. They are much sweeter than the cherries sold in the produce section. Chocolate covered cherries are made with marchino cherries.

Well nothing much really. It's basically preserved in a brine or alcohol solution and from there soaked in sugar syrup and food coloring.
