Does anyone know what the bottles of champagne that are larger than the ordinary bottle are called?!
Answers: split, bottle, magnum, geraboam, methusala each twice the previous.
I believe they're called "magnum". It's a 1?-liter size (the equivalent of 2 normal bottles).
Called a Magnum! Enjoy!
Magnum
they are mothas. usually about 2 1/2 inches higher and wider than the ordinary. They are very common in New England and Quebec.
