vodka, gin, tequila, triple sec, rum all equal parts of these... 1 1 and 1/2 parts sour mix, mixed w/coke, or any type of cola... w/wedge of lemon...

it has 5 seperate liqours in it so it is like drinking 5 individual shots each and every drink. It contains rum, tequila, gin, vodka, and triple sec, and usually some kind of fruit juice (grapefruit, or orange), grenadine, and 7-up.
1oz vodka
1oz gin
1oz light rum
1oz tequila
1oz lemon juice
1tsp superfine sugar
4oz coca cola
fill a bar glass 1/2 full with ice, add all ingredients except coke, stir, and strain into a glass with ice, add cola and stir well.
Enjoy, but be careful they are lethal!
