What wine will accompany the duck please thanks?!

Question: The book of wine suggests
blackcurranty, cab sauvignon, red loire or a light claret and beaujolais
you cant go wrong with one of these.

Also the stronger the flavor of the meat the stronger the wine should be.

While white wine is good with most poultry, a red is better with game such as duck. I'd go with a merlot.

I used to go with a white zinfandel. We don't drink anymore.

I agree with red wine on that one

A nice red zinfandel will go well with duck.

Duck is a game bird so it's got a stronger taste than chicken which means you want a light red to go along with it.

I would say a Merlot, Pinot Noir or Beaujolais would suit the duck well.

a red wine goes with wild game

MD2020, Kountry Kwencher, kickin chicken, RR21 its all good.

Quack open the Claret for me please..
