How do alcoholic beverages make you drunk?!

Question:

How do alcoholic beverages make you drunk?

Answers:
Your body absorbs the alcohol into your blood stream through your mouth, stomach and intestines. The alcohol in your blood affects your neurological functioning.

Alcohol is a depressant and therefore it slows down your brain function making you dizzy and eventually drunk. Just like a drink with caffeine makes you stay awake as caffeine is a stimulant.

The ethanol in the beverage enters your bloodstream through cells in your body. Excess consumption causes more ethanol to enter your bloodstream. Ethanol is a central nervous system depressant so excess consumption will affect your behaviour because the central nervous system along with the peripheral nervous system control your body's behaviour. That would explain why a lot of people do stupid things drunk.

I'll keep it simple our body was not made to intake alcohol so what happens we get sick we get intoxicated that's the happy ill feeling we call being drunk,
