it is not a problem if sealed and the alcohol wont evaporate-makes it real easy the day of the party-as some have told you-no ice or anything carbonated but pre-mixing does not harm it---smile and enjoy the night---hope this helps

nah, itll be fine. obviously dont put ice in it or a carbonated beverage.. but if its like cranberry and vodka or some random punch type deal it wont lose any alcohol.

Perhaps you can chill the ingredients seperately, lets say if you need vodka and cranberry juice you can place those in the fridge and then mix them, as long as you dont add ice because that will dilute them.

I wouldn't reccomend it

I agree with the suggestion to chill separately and mix before drinking. I don't know if there's any science to it, but for whatever reason mixed drinks tend to taste different (to me) if they sit overnight. I've left half-drinks (no ice, I keep hard liquor in the freezer) in the fridge and the next day I usually end up pouring them out. It isn't that they taste bad, just not quite the same. Potency is not affected by chilling.

You can premix it. As long as there is no carbonation or ice in the desired drink. It will not lose it's effect or it's flavor.
Once you're ready to serve, simply put ice in the glass and pour.

However, be sure to keep it chilled until you're ready to serve.
