There are thousands of Champagne names. Anyone can buy Champagne and stick their own brand name on it. And there are small growers that make their own Champagne they sell from the cellar and which, since they are not available in retail outlets, are not at all well known.
Supermarkets and restaurants like to have a brand name that is not seen elsewhere.
So, since the name CD Harcourt doesn't show up on the usual places we can take another angle.
The label must have the bottle details, and there should be a number on the label with a two letters in front. Those two letters tell us what type of wine it is. If it starts MA (for Marque d'Acheteur) then it means the wine is a buyers own brand. The number identifies the winery.
