Nope!! Beaujolais Nouveau is meant to drunk very young. It is usually released around thanksgiving from that summer's grapes. It is a fun fruity light wine, never for long storage.

Sorry, But I'm sure it has already turned, Happy Holiday's....

Unless it was stored properly it is probably no good.

I don't think that wine would improve in the bottle. It is suppose to be used right now...but if it was cool and lying flat you will probably be able to drink it. I had many 30 year old White German Desert wines that were suppose to be bad but were just great... Merry Christmas

Most red wines will improve with age; the tannins will even out and the flavor will become more complex. If it was stored in a cool, dark place on it's side it should be drinkable. You'll know right away when you open it if it isn't any good.

Nope. There are some Beaujolais that you can age -- but not very many of them. And Beaujolais Nouveau is made to be drunk within a few months of bottling.

You might give it to a friend of yours for a novelty gift on their 21st birthday, though -- that would be pretty cool!

taste it. if it's good, drink it. if not, if it's turned, is it any use as a vinegar?
