Whats the difference between a shaken and a stired martini?!

Question:

Whats the difference between a shaken and a stired martini?

Answers:
Shaken have more air in them from the process and are a little cloudy, and are slightly less dry

Um... one is SHAKEN. The other one...not so much.

you shake one and you stir the other~!!!

Shaken Drinks are more cloudy

Stirred are clear.

if your going to make a vodka martini and you want it clear and nice, stir it.

If your making a drink that is using a brown drink like Whiskey then shake it,

Shaking it will make a much colder drink since it has more contact with the ice.

shaken mixs stired blends.

Some feel that a shaken martini releases more of the flavors than a stirred one

Ok you James Bond fans... The reason you stir a martini is so you don't chip the ice, chip the ice & it melts too quickly in the alcohol. James Bond is ordering a WEAK martini!!!

STIR IT!!

Silliness of the preforming barkeep. ???
J bond said not to bruse the gin.
Silly

martini afficianados have their preferances to stir a martini supposedly doesn't bruis the gin or vodka shaking it implies just that shaking! the best way to make one is to put ice in the shaker put in vermouth strain the vermouth and stir in alcohol then strain just the right amout of vermouth clings to the ice and is an exceptionally good martini for those who like it dry

I don't know ask James bond, he always like them stirred; but seriously I think you "bruise" the gin to much in shaken.
