It is called "pumice" it is a bit of the grape flesh and skinns that got throught the filtering system, they use wire and cloth filters, not much different than coffee ones, none of these ones that the people will tell you like animal based that went out with the gillotine???

That's fine, it's some sediment that's left in the bottle. It's natural and won't hurt you if you take it.

This is why some wines, especially older wines, are sometimes decanted before serving. This way the sediment stays in the bottom of the bottle and none gets in the glass when you drink it.

it is called sediment, careful pouring, or decanting should take care of that in the future.
