Next, you will need a recipe kit. All the homebrew shops will have these also. For your first batch, you should look at an 'extract beer kit'. This will include all the ingredients needed to make 5 gallons of tasty brew.

pasturized fruit juice with no preservatives (easy to find in most any grocery store). Add yeast (better to use wine yeast...but you can use bread or any other yeast).
