There are many. People confuse sweet with fruity in the US. The sweeter the higher the sugar content, the fruitier just refers to the up front fruit and what type. I'd say a desert wine such as a botriticized semillon, chenin blanc would work. Far Niente make Dolce and it's nice, or Beringer makes Nightengale, even better. If you want something fruity, go for a US made chenin blanc or better yet a reisling. Good luck.

Anything with a 4 or 5 rating on the bottle. Asti Spumante, Baby Duck, Hochtailler, Liebfraumleich, etc..

Plum wine is delicious! It is sweet but tastes much better chilled!

Try taking an antihistimine before red wine, it may help the migranes. And try German wines - varying sweetneses and all quite nice.

Any inexpensive Gewurtztraminer or Reisling will usually be sweet. Fetzer and Maryhill have some VERY sweet ones.

You can also look for dessert wines - they tend to be very sweet as well.
