Nearly everything by Jimmy Buffett, especially- Why don't we get drunk and Screw; Margaritaville; It's 5 O'Clock Somewhere (Alan Jackson Feat. J. Buffett).
If you want Punk/Ska, Sublime's always a good bet for drinking. Old Catch 22 always gets me in the mood to drink as well. As does Cowboy Mouth (Hey Bartender); Dispatch (Railway); most Dropkick Murphy songs; Less Than Jake (Gainesville, Rock City); Mad Caddies (Drinking for 11; Booze Cruise); many Reel Big Fish songs
