If there is such a bar it would be unlawful since the age at which you can legally smoke is 18.

heyy ;; i`m 16 and in the city their are only a couple hoookah bars to go to Maia (98 Avenue B) Le Souk (47 Avenue B)Hookah Cafe (309 East 60th Street) .. wat i did was googled hookah barsz nd called them and ask their age limit
