What are the two most important things about picking a beer?!

Question: And be serious

Answers: And be serious

taste and price. if it's reasonable, but you don't like it, why bother. if you love it, but the price puts it way out of your price range, is it worth going in to hock for a brew?

do you like it

cheepest and strongest

make sure its not opened... and make sure it has a label

Forget your health.
Have money in your pocket.

taste//price

taste and price

Well...The most important thing is you like it. From start to finish. That means a beer that doesn't have to be ice cold all the way through it.

After that, who knows what's the next most important thing.

alcohol content, and taste. probably price as well.

your personal preference as to the taste and consistency. Do you like thick and dark? Light and crisp? It is totally a personal thing.

i would say flavor (i like full flavored light beers) and going with recommendations from friends or the people at the store. try going to a nicer grocery store, most of the time they have "experts" to help you select something thats going to taste the way you want it to, and then you dont waste your money.

Pick a beer that is smooth and dark like Samuel Adams and two make sure your old enough.

there's gotta be moire than two most important things about picking beer.. like what food (if any) you're matching it with.. but whatever, I go for heavy dark beers that go down smooth with a good after taste. so-- you gotta be more specific

Taste/Flavor and how bad is the hangover. Only way to know for sure is to try it.

idkidkidk sry fthough
who cares?
you are a gross b
beer is FOR BROKEN DOWN LOOSAHS!!!!!!

taste and value. i mean, you don't want to spend a butt load of money and have the beer taste like crap. but then, if you buy something that's affordable and it's actually good, then you're ok.

I'd say who the target audience/ambiance is (is it for a group of people or just you? Is it a after dinner beer or a "I'm going to drink my face off all day" beer) because that dictates what type of beer you'll want to get. And the quality because once you've had good beer (or found your brand) it's hard to go back to shopping by price. I definitely recommend looking into local brewhouses as the quality is usually far better than the mass produced beer and it's nice to be able to say that it's supporting your local economy.
Good luck!

First is Style, IE. Lager or Ale, Bitter vs Sweet, Light vs Heavy, etc. I guess the second is price just to humor you.

Personally I highly recommend Deschutes Mirror Pond Pale Ale if its available to you.

Personally I hate beer...but I just wanted to tell you that your name rocks!!!
