I live in germany and you have to like wheat beer. But i Love it. I like german beer alot better than american. It just taste better.

My favorite beer of all tim eis Allagash White. It may be an ale and not a beer but it has the same yellowy cloudiness to it. I highly recommend it!
Note that most Americans that enjoy beer do not classify "Bud Light" or "Coors" as real beers, nor do we feel these represent great American beers. Yuengling, Great Lakes Brewery, Samuel Adams, these are some of the better American breweries and right up there with anything you can find in Europe.
I encourage anyone that is visiting the US and ejoys beers to try some of the local micro-brews and other non-budweiser brands, you may be pleasently surprised!
Wheat beers are the best!!! You should try Boulevard Wheet with lemon. I swear it is one of the best beers out there.
