Gentleman's Jack or Crown Cask No. 16?!

Question: i'm stuck between price and taste.. i haven't had either one..
which one tastes better? (i've heard the taste of gentleman's is smooth and rich over the rocks and a great sipping drink and i've also heard that crown cask no. 16 is amazing - but it costs way too much..)
any opinions?

I'll tell you what friend. You are comparing apples to oranges here. Crown is a blended whiskey where Jack Daniels is a true Kentucky bourbon whiskey. In my opinion any mid priced bourbon tastes better than a high dollar blended whiskey. Try Evan Williams single barrel or Woodford Reserve for a phenomenal, reasonably priced, alternative. If I had to choose, I would go for the Jack.
Drink responsibly!

Banjo's right apples and oranges. Try Knob Creek it is deeelicious

Crown Cask 16 is amazing. Gentleman Jack is good, but I think the Crown is smoother and more complex. I tried them back to back at a tasting about a month ago and the Crown blew me away.
