What are circleular burns on peoples arms?!

Question:

What are circleular burns on peoples arms?

i have seen small circular burns on peoples arms that kinda look like a cut but i thought it might be from a ciggerate or drugs or somthing but i just wanted to know. what are they, its like a little small circular burn thing thats like a cut kinda.

Answers:
its from dumb drunk people playing "chicken" with cigarettes....seeing who can hold it on their arm the longest. by the way the smallpox vaccinne is a scar, not a burn.

Does it look like the shape of the top of a cig lighter? If so that's what it is. If not then I had weird habits as a teenager.

If it is on the upper portion of their arm it is most likely a scar from being innoculated for smallpox. They stopped doing this in the late 70's so anyone after that doesn't necessarily have the mark.

ITS FOR SMALLPOX,and next time you see one you can tell them its sooo old they need a new one,cuz theirs expired

its from a ciggerate burn. Pledges in fraternities get them all the time, for being stupid goats.

Could be a smiley.. if you hold the flame on a lighter for a while the top of the lighter (the metal part) gets hot and people burn others with this and it creates a circle like object that can look like a smiley face.. A few years ago it was more heard about then it is now.
