Machine to make "snowy" ice (not crushed) for frozen margaritas?
I would like to make frozen margaritas with ice similar to that of a snow cone. Is there a machine under $100 that makes such "snow"? Most of the blenders I have seen just crush ice into watery cubes. Thanks.

There are ... they are called ice shavers. It shaves the ice rather than chop or crush it. They have them at Bed, Bath and Beyond... Linens and Things... Williams Sanoma.... etc.
Just look for an ice shaver.
get a kids snow cone machine! its way under $100 or even $50
buy a shallow glass bakng pan fill it with a mixture of 1 Cup sugar and 3 cups water
stick it in the frezer and wait for it to freeze
take a sturdy steel serving spoon and scrape at the surface to make a snow cone
you can freeze your margarita mix the same way to make a quick and easy margarita do not add any booze or you will not be able to get it frozen properly
