What is the best rum on the market?
Specifically the best spiced rum. But if you know some really good white, gold, or black rums, I'd like to know.

Captain Morgan for me.....Johnny Walker Red is a single malt scotch.
I highly recommend that you look into Agua Luca Brazilian rum. It's got a completely new flavor, being very zesty and light. It makes an EXCELLENT Capainha.
The Kaniche martinique that they sell in the US is 12 years old and is a great example of a french style rum.

bacardi is DEFINITELY THE BEST RUM the others don't measure up

Cruzan rum is hands down my favorite. though I havent seen it much in the states
I like Myers's dark rum , Good 2 drink and in rum cake
Apppletons from Jamaica...dark and smooth...
I've grown partial to Appleton's Estate, found out about it at the ministryofrum website which has a pretty good listing of rum info, I've bought on the dude's recommendations beforehand and never been dissapointed, if you want unusual take a look at khukrirum.com website kind of a weird looking one, can't find a place that can order it for me yet or I'd have tried it already *grin*
Flor the Cana is a wonderful smooth rum. I love the centenario and the 7 year
Bacardi rum is the most popular, But applebee's Jamaican Rum is the best.
