1 part Kahlua
2 parts Bailey's
2 parts vodka
1 scoop vanilla (coffee or chocolate is good too) ice cream
a few cubes of ice
(try with some banana!)
sqeeze chocolate syrup randomly into glass before pouring in mudslide

Hint- you only want about 2 oz. of alcohol total per serving and you may need to adjust the ice. If it's too thick, add a little milk.

Hey Zoe-Read the whole question!

7 ounces chocolate cookie crumbs, plus more for garnish
2 tablespoons butter, melted
3 (1-quart) containers coffee ice cream
Chocolate sauce
Chopped nuts (optional)

Using a large mixing bowl, place cookie crumbs and melted butter. Mix until the ingredients are well blended and moist. Keep mixture at room temperature until needed for pie shells.
Lightly spray 2 pie tins with vegetable oil. Place the prepared crust into the pie tins and press firmly on the bottom and sides of each tin, forming a smooth and even thickness approximately 1/8-inch thick. Use a ladle to even out the crusts. Place piecrusts in freezer before ice cream can be placed into crusts.
Equally portion the ice cream into the pie shells. Mound the ice cream to create a 3-inch high dome. Use a glove and napkin to help with this process. Place pies on a sheet pan and place in the freezer for approximately 6 hours or more.
To serve, Drizzle with chocolate sauce and sprinkle with more cookie crumbs and chopped nuts, if desired.

Made this when completely drunk at a staff party (after consuming alot of Tequila) I loved it but had to spend the next week trying to figure out what had gone into it! Once made you will see why I called it the mud slide. It looks horrible but just ignore it and drink (through the straw) ENJOY!!!!

Mudslide #4
Ingredients:

* 1 oz Absolut Vodka
* 1 oz Bailey's irish cream
* 1 oz Kahlua
* 3/4 oz Grand Marnier

Mixing instructions:

Two methods of mixing: 1) straight up on the rocks - mix the 4 ingredients and pour over ice. -- 2) Frozen - mix 4 ingredients in a blender, add ice until frostly.
Creator/contributor's comments:

The frozen mudlside is great in the summer, came across this mix in St. Martin several years ago. Tried the mix straight up later found it even better. The addition of Grand Marnier adds a little something extra. At a bar, they do not add Grand marnier, so ask for a B-52 with a shot of vodka.

Creator/contributor's comments:

This is a shot from the hip on the ingredient amounts in this drink. It can be mixed together without the chocolate syrup and added later as a topping (lining the inside of the glass) and not mixed and served in a margarita size glass and served with whipped cream on top. This is very good!

Creator/contributor's comments:

This mudslide approximates the delicious (but expensive) mudslide offered by the restuarant named after everyone's favorite day of the week. It is rich in chocolate taste and packs a hidden punch behind its rich decadent creamy flavor. I got the recipe from the bartender at the restuarant. Be sure to use a high-quality ice cream. For those that dislike the strong slightly bitter coffee flavor imparted by Kahlua, reduce the Kahlua to 1/2 oz and add 1 oz milk.
