Flirtini
Ingredients:
2 pieces fresh pineapple
1/2 oz Cointreau
1/2 oz vodka
1 oz pineapple juice
3 oz Champagne
maraschino cherry for garnish

Preparation:

Muddle* the pineapple pieces and Cointreau in the bottom of a mixing glass.
Add the vodka and pineapple juice.
Stir well.
Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Top with Champagne.
Garnish with the maraschino cherry.
*To muddle is to combine ingredients, usually in the bottom of a mixing glass, by pressing them with a muddler before add the majority of the liquid ingredients.

A muddler is a small wooden pestle shaped like a baseball bat. One end is large and rounded and it used to mash the ingredients. While the other end is skinnier and flat and is used to mix ingredients.

a couple of good refreshing drinks are vodka, cranberry juice and a splash of lime.
Or a Jolly Rancher. It is watermelon or sour apple liquor with sprite. It is really refreshing.

Strawberry Daquaris, Pina Collatas orTom Collins? I also like buying like lemonade (like the canned stuff) and making slushies you can add vodka or rum (they have lemon or citrus favours) i also like greenapple sourpuss and sprite blended with ice slushies! Hopefully these are some usable ideas.. Cheers!
