Most restaurants carry a very limited quantity of rose wines and usually it is the white zin. It's just a matter of supply and demand. Not much of a demand.
In NJ, most restaurants are BYO, so I bring my own bottle in. Even in restaurants with a liquor license, they will allow you to bring your own bottle. They might charge you a corkage fee however. call in advance to see if you can do so.
I don't do wine, except for Boone's Farm.
IDK but try some Moscati D'Asti wine. You will love it. You may not be able to find it in resturants but they sell it at Sams Club and most wine/liquor stores.
