Why does your Head Spin after excessive drinking.?!

Question:

Why does your Head Spin after excessive drinking.?

What causes this to happen and why. (I dont want answers like umm drinking, or alcohol of any sort). Is there a purpose for having a head spin, is this the bodies way of saying NO MORE!!. Does it actually help you in any way also.

Answers:
because your drunk

It's actually not alcohol, it's impurities in the booze

It affects your vestibular system which is one of the systems in place to let you know where you head is in space and how it is moving. Look up 'alcohol and vestibular system' and it will explain more.

*And the 'spinning' does not help you in any way, it can actually make it easier for you to hurt yourself.

yeah it helps it lets you know that you are about to puke

Its called your getting drunk and its a sign to stop drinking.

it is cause your getting drunk and yes your body is telling you to stop.weather you do or not that is your choice.I drink a lot [mostly on the weekends]and the head spinning don't bother me any more i got use to it.i also know when to stop too.

The liver can only process one shot, one beer or one glass of wine in any given hour. If u drink more than one drink in that hour then the liver says, "Wait, I can't work that fast!" and that's when ur head starts to spin. If u drink any more.... well, u know what can happen then, lol.
